Looking for an occasional helper on my food truck in Rapid City. This person would fill in for me when I'm unable to make it (this means as the main chef on the truck), or occasionally when I need a second person to help run the fryer/grill and take/deliver orders.
The cuisine on the truck is more modern/contemporary so most everything is fresh/homemade, not just dropping frozen bagged food into a fryer.
This person would either have experience cooking in a restaurant or just a passionate and experienced home cook who likes to try creative healthy recipes. I will train you!
This position would only be on average 1x per week, so if you just want to pick up extra shifts here and there, or maybe you are a stay at home parent or a student that wants to make some extra cash and get out of the house from time to time, this could be a great opportunity!
