Rapid Temps is seeking multiple Medical Technologists and Medical Laboratory Technicians for a 6-month to 1-year position with possible extensions offered, in Pine Ridge, South Dakota.
We are seeking an MLT or MT to join our team! You will be responsible for performing medical tests for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a Generalist position. Must have experience in Serology, Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Blood Banking. Very limited Micro & Phlebotomy.
Collect and organize blood, tissue, and other bodily fluid samples from patients
Prepare samples for routine testing and analysis
Properly record results for further analysis and easy reference
Monitor inventory samples and supplies
Maintain a clean work environment
Work under the supervision of a medical technologist
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience as a clinical technician or in other related fields
Familiarity with common medical terminology
Experience in a laboratory setting
Strong organizational skills
REQUIREMENTS:
MT ASCP, AMT, HEW or equivalent
Minimum 2 years experience
Ability to pass Federal Background Clearance
