We are seeking a reliable and skilled Live-In Maintenance Person to join our team at a motel in Kadoka, SD. This position includes free housing, all utilities, daily breakfast, and weekly pay of $150. Ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is looking for stable living arrangements with consistent projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and water heater problems
Patch, replace, and finish drywall in guest rooms and common areas
Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the property is safe and well-maintained
Respond to urgent repair requests promptly
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Preferred):
Basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs
Ability to replace windows, rebuild exterior decking, or complete similar carpentry projects
Requirements:
Must live onsite full-time (private room provided)
Able to work independently and manage time effectively
Must be physically capable of lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions
Previous maintenance or handyman experience required
