Lewis Kirkeby & Hall Mgmt Inc. has an immediate opening for a qualified Assistant Manager for an Apartment Complex.
Our ideal Assistant Manager must possess the following skills:
Excellent customer service skills
Friendly and professional
Work under pressure or deadlines
Ability to work as a team player
The ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
Work as a team with the Community Manager, Maintenance Staff, and the Management staff to ensure the properties needs are taken care of.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner on the phone and in person.
Show prospective clients available units; continue the application process through signing the lease.
Prepare / Process rental applications
Facilitate resident grievances
Schedule maintenance work orders
Accept rent and complete deposits
File documents / Keep office organized
Maintain appointment schedule
Assist resident in completing recertification packets
Assist in performing quarterly inspections.
Job entails up to hours 40 hours per week, and begins at $10 per hour.
Must have valid driver's license. Must also meet criminal background / credit criteria.
We do not offer health insurance benefits. We do have holiday and sick pay after 90 days
