LME is a family owned and operated LTL (less than truckload) carrier searching for a customer focused and detail oriented individual to join our Customer Service team. Our Customer Service team handles a high volume of inbound calls while entering customer requests for service, solving customer issues and providing information. We are seeking an energetic dedicated individual to join our dynamic workforce and become part of the LME team.
Monday-Friday No Weekends
9:30 am to 6:00 pm
Job function entails but not limited to:
Tracking shipments and arranging pick ups
Manage high volume of incoming calls
Identify and assess customer needs
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Knowledge of computers helpful but will train
High School diploma or equivalent
Customer Service and logistics/trucking background helpful but not necessary
