A New Brunch Restaurant in Kennebec - Opening Mid to Late June!

The ideal candidate is a a hard working, straight forward cook who enjoys the business.
Has knowledge in food handling, preparation techniques and is willing to learn or teach.
Someone that can work well in small spaces and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Is a self-starter who can multitask with a composed sense of urgency and a strong attention to detail.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Active line cook- responsible for knowing entire food menu and being able to cook each item, plate and garnish properly.
Responsible for grill, sauté, fry or pantry station each shift.
Responsible for completing all preparation sheets for assigned station.
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen.
Completing necessary paperwork.
Completes any additional responsibilities assigned by supervisor.
Must LIKE to work clean & organized!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Small Chef / Owner operated restaurant - 48 Seats
Day Time Schedule: Open 6:00 am - 2:00 pm / Closed Sunday’s & Mondays
Pay: $12-$14 per hour
