Develop and implement strategic commercial plans, together with the General Manager & Revenue Manager, to source, drive and grow revenue across all segments. Monitoring results and adjusting strategies and activities to make sure objectives and targets are being met.Manage and lead the sales team from recruitment and onboarding through to team development, encouraging a highly proactive and high-performing environment.Ensure close working relationships with brand leads for Sales, Revenue and Accor Global Sales team.Take ownership for sales strategies and the sales critical path.Provide local market knowledge that helps us stay ahead of the competition.Collaborate with QE2 team (Operations, Food & Beverage, Brand, Revenue, Digital, Graphics & PR) ensuring key information and insights are shared and strong relationships are built to drive top-line revenue and deliver exceptional guest experiences.Manage a portfolio of accounts, taking the lead on rate negotiations and account management activities while ensuring we maximize our market share.Budget development and ongoing budget management.Ensure guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service always.
