Job Title: Enrollment SpecialistJob DescriptionAs an Enrollment Specialist, you will accurately update and maintain member enrollments in the claims system according to defined guidelines, policies, and procedures. Your duties include monitoring and reconciling transaction files from various sources, managing activities of delegated vendors, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and COBRA requirements. You will also audit enrollment data for accuracy, perform root cause analysis, and work collaboratively with other departments to enhance the customer experience.Essential Skills
Knowledge of Plan policies and State and Federal regulations
Ability to verify and correct enrollment data
Experience with HIPAA and COBRA compliance
Strong analytical skills for auditing and correcting data
Proficiency in generating and analyzing reports
Effective collaboration and communication skills
Nice To Have
Experience with Medicare Secondary Payer Rules, COB Order of Determination, and CMS Federally Funded Marketplace
