KITCHEN MANAGER!
We are looking for our next creative, culinary muse! The KITCHEN MANAGER is a professional leader in our restaurant who is able to ensure a profitable and efficient kitchen operation through innovative menus, excellent product quality, product safety, and staff training.
The management team at the Phillips Avenue Diner is looking for an individual with at least four years past kitchen experience, as well as two years kitchen management experience to join the crew!
This person MUST be able to:
Ensure product quality of all restaurant's recipes and standards
Maintain an efficient, trained, and well-coached staff
Maintain a well-organized, cost-efficient, and structured kitchen
Develop and execute proper Feature Programs for restaurant
Budget, monitor, and control labor cost daily
Work and function as a TEAM with other players in management structure
The KITCHEN MANAGER Position is Full-Time and includes a Generous Salary plus Profit Sharing with Benefits that consists of: Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, Vacation Time, and Aflac options.
