We manufacture metal building components from our two facilities in South Dakota and Minnesota. At our Canton, SD location, we are searching for a 2nd Shift Production Specialist to join the team! A clean climate-controlled environment, no layoffs ever, and free health insurance are only a few of the perks.
2nd shift operates Monday thru Friday, 4pm to 1am
JOB FUNCTIONS:
- A Production Team Member's primary responsibility is the operation of machines as assigned, including roll formers,
benders, slitters, and forklifts.
- This includes manufacturing and handling material such as panels, trims, and fasteners to complete customer orders and
maintain inventory count.
- This position can be physically demanding. It may require lifting of items up to 50 lbs. and may require you to use a forklift regularly. It also requires frequent bending, stooping and twisting as well as standing for the duration of the workday. PPE is company-provided (safety glasses, gloves, and sleeves) with a reimbursement on safety-toe shoes.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- A successful Production Team Member will have basic mathematical skills, be a team player, and have a desire to continuously learn.
- The ability to stand/walk on concrete floors for 8+ hours a day is required. If you can drive a forklift, that is a plus!
- Candidates must be 18 yrs or older
