Inventory Coordinator Arlington, South Dakota Kelly Services is looking for an Inventory Coordinator. Our client is a global leader as an energy infrastructure company with operations in natural gas, oil and power industries. The Inventory Coordinator role is responsible for performing all tasks related to the physical receiving of materials and in organizing the layout of the warehouse/facilities. This position works with a wide variety of critical parts, equipment and supplies related to supporting pipelines. Must have minimum of 2+ years of warehouse and forklift experience. This is at least a 2 year + contract with work hours of 7:30 Am 4:00 pm Monday Friday. Duties include: Managing/working with contractors and support staff, Management of inventory including the handling of all materials, receiving, locating put-aways, distribution, inventory cycle counting. Receive, unload, inspect, identify, store, and issue a wide variety of equipment and supplies. Verifies correctness of catalogue/inventory numbers, descriptions, quantities, units, and location. Maintains all areas, warehouses, stores, yards, in organized, neat, orderly manner and inspects for and to prevent and avoid safety hazards; Maintains physical inventory locations, properly identifying racks, floors, yard, stack with inventory number, bin locations Computer/Office Skills Updates computer software database to maintain accurate inventory levels and records; Warehouse Skills Shipping and Receiving Loading and Unloading Manual Labor; Cleaning; Lifting Operate Fork lift preference for Fork lift Certification Inventory Education and Skills: High school diploma/GED This position is being recruited by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.
