J & M Transmission and Auto Service is a family owned business in the Sioux Falls area that is growing. We are looking for a teammate to become our Parts Manager and Front Counter Assistant. The #1 goal of this positions is to ensure our clients get great service no matter what by being the "backbone" of the front office. The ideal candidate would have at least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience, is goal orientated, organized and loves working with people.
We are a well-structured company and only work 5 days a week! (Weekends are yours). Everyone that works here is positive and upbeat. We have daily shop meetings for good communication between staff as well as twice a month lunch and learns to continually grow as a team.
