Cooper's Home Repair is looking to add a new member to our team.
Onboarding:
-Within 48 hours we will reach out to schedule an interview
-Probationary period dependent on experience, anywhere from a week to 90 days
-All pay in this time frame is on a case by case basis with potential of earning equal to post-probationary period pay
Job Duties:
-Flexible Availability. 90% of our work is from 8:00A.M.-5:00P.M. Monday-Friday
7:00A.M. to 7:00P.M. Monday-Friday & 9:30A.M.-3:30P.M. Saturday are our operating hours.
Scheduling is entirely relied upon the installer. The more quality work you can perform in a week, the more you make.
In the probationary period you will be accompanied by another installer or manager, or sent out for a test job.
-Excellent Communication.
Whether you are working or not, having the ability to answer and make calls while working is crucial.
-Residential Renovation and various Handyman tasks.

Requirements:
-U.S. Citizen
-Speak English Fluently
-Must have or willing to obtain a Truck or Van
-Must have or willing to obtain Tools (Opportunities for assistance)
-Non-drug and alcohol user
-Pass CSE (Common Sense Evaluation)
Compensation Package:
-$180 to $250/Day + 6% Commission ($1,020-$1,680 per week)
-Flexible Pay schedule
-$150 Gas/maintenance allowance per month
