As a taxi driver, you’ll be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their desired destinations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining your vehicle in good working condition. Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with their luggage, answering questions about the area, and maintaining a friendly attitude.
Navigate the local area and use GPS or maps to find the most efficient routes.
Handle cash and digital payments and provide accurate change or receipts.
Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled for daily use.
Follow all local traffic laws, rules, and regulations to ensure safe driving.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while on the job.
Adhere to the company’s operational policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong knowledge of the local area, roads, and traffic patterns.
Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to handle cash, use payment systems, and provide change.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience as a driver or in a similar role is a plus but not required.
