You’ll use trading insight, commercial judgement and strong stakeholder relationships to grow portfolio value, broaden our broker footprint and support outcomes that work for both customers and the business.You’ll thrive here if you combine deep personal lines insurance knowledge with a proactive, collaborative approach. You’ll be comfortable influencing and negotiating with partners, turning performance data into clear action and balancing commercial opportunities with regulatory and customer considerations.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and develop strategic insurer relationships to support portfolio growth and maximise value across motor, home and van insurance.Develop relationships with potential partners to broaden the broker footprint and improve quotability.Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver panel developments that support strong commercial and customer outcomes.Monitor and communicate panel trading performance, highlighting material movements and using insight to support timely action.Improve panel trading management information to generate stronger insight, greater efficiency and better trading performance.Research relevant market and insurer product developments, make recommendations and lead supplier negotiations where appropriate.Oversee third-party relationship governance, including legal agreements, policy alignment, audits and regulatory performance, taking appropriate action where needed.
