The Assistant Financial Controller works with the support of the Financial Controller to oversea the hotel's financial performance, and provide other department leaders with accurate and timely consultation on how to optimise financial performance. The primary responsibilities of the role include: Support in management of budgeting, planning, and forecasting for the hotel, including analysis and reporting for monthly and yearly results. Monthly analysis and reporting of results, forecast, and P&L.Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance with all internal and external regulatory systems and standards. Provide appropriate training to hotel leaders & the finance team to ensure accuracy and financial integrity at all levels.
