Job Description

Your role will

  • Support and ensure customer success through deep subject matter expertise across Reejig’s products
  • Onboard new customers, enabling product adoption while driving outcomes against customers people strategy
  • Promote growth and drive product advocacy
  • Assist in developing and maintaining training and implementation materials to ensure customer utilisation and success
  • Build strong partnerships with customers
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to provide best in class customer experiences for new and existing customers

Qualifications

What you’ll need to be successful:

To be a successful member of the Reejig™ tribe, you will be an experienced Customer Success Manager who is passionate about customer success, empowering others, and delivering value to customers. You will have

  • 2+ years of experience in (Enterprise) Customer Success
  • Excellent critical thinking skills with an ability to breakdown business problems and create solutions that align to customer goals
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills, driven by empathy and a desire to understand where customers are coming from
  • Experience with Customer Success methodologies, processes, and enablement best practices
