Support and ensure customer success through deep subject matter expertise across Reejig’s products
Onboard new customers, enabling product adoption while driving outcomes against customers people strategy
Promote growth and drive product advocacy
Assist in developing and maintaining training and implementation materials to ensure customer utilisation and success
Build strong partnerships with customers
Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to provide best in class customer experiences for new and existing customers
Qualifications
What you’ll need to be successful:
To be a successful member of the Reejig™ tribe, you will be an experienced Customer Success Manager who is passionate about customer success, empowering others, and delivering value to customers. You will have
2+ years of experience in (Enterprise) Customer Success
Excellent critical thinking skills with an ability to breakdown business problems and create solutions that align to customer goals
Exceptional communication and relationship building skills, driven by empathy and a desire to understand where customers are coming from
Experience with Customer Success methodologies, processes, and enablement best practices
