We are looking for a globally experienced operations leader to be responsible for driving customer focus, visibility and accountability across NEXTDC’s global operations.  Ensuring our data centres performance and our business performance is constantly monitored, our communications to customers is timely and appropriate, our alert capture and service flow processes are crisp and efficient - will lead to us over delivering on our brand promises and outperforming our customer’s requirements and expectations.You’ll report to the COO and in a highly visible role collaborate with all NEXTDC’s senior executives as well as support senior customer interactions. Your focus will be on highly coherent use of alert and process tracking, deep customer and data centre experience, to drive continuous service improvement leading to high operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.This role includes management of our Global Integrated Operations Centre, facilitating & ensuring our data centre and business performance and through supporting our client facing teams and being that reliable conduit to clients, ensure we are set up to satisfy our customer’s needs and expectations.
