As an experienced and energetic communications professional, you will play a key role in bringing strategy and culture to life within a business category intrinsically linked to sociability.As the Senior Employee Communications Manager - Retail, you will partner with two Executive retail leaders (the Managing Director of Dan Murphy's and the Managing Director of BWS) who together lead teams totaling over 13,000 employees across more than 1,700 retail sites in every state and territory.Our portfolio includes leading brands that are highly visible and well-respected across Australia, each commanding a leadership position in its respective category.Sound good? Read on.Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:Develop and lead the execution of communication programs that support prioritisation of Group initiatives and encourage engagement.Provide executive-level counsel, with proven experience of partnering two leaders to find synergies while maintaining unique brand identities.Lead and manage a small team of two specialists who support operations leaders, ensuring activities are high impact.Use data to evaluate activities for continuous improvement, including digital and workplace social social tools.Control costs and expenditures within budget and cost parameters.
