We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to take on the challenge of providing top-notch customer service, encompassing commissioning, operation, testing, integration, optimisation, maintenance, training, and repair activities.Reporting to our Team leader, you'll be an integral part of our field service team. You'll be responsible for promptly responding to equipment and customer issues both on-site and remotely. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering detailed field reports following each installation or technical intervention, while also conducting training sessions for our customers' maintenance and service staff.
