This position is ideal for professionals seeking part-time or project-based opportunities.Responsibilities:Design and implement UCCE solutions, including system configuration, call flow design, and integration with third-party applications.Develop and manage IVR applications using Cisco CVP, ensuring they meet business requirements and user needs.Conduct testing and troubleshooting of UCCE solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for reference and compliance purposes.
