Demonstrate organizational skills utilizing the 5S (sort, separate, sweep, standardize and sustain concept.
Prepare timely meeting minutes of meetings attended at customer sites and/or supplier sites, or facilitated on-site customer visits.
Coordinate and prepare all quality planning documentation in accordance with the organization'sadvanced product quality planning
Maintain schedules of activity and management milestone completion of activities in accordancewith new program launch schedules.
Coordinate all customer PPAP requirements for annual re-validations for part qualityconfirmations
Manage, investigate, and resolve customer and internal related quality problems while utilizingvarious problem solving techniques such as 5 why, fishbone diagrams, and PDCA.
Participate in "Go and See" visits to customer and/or suppliers in order to investigate and problemsolve quality issues
