HOURS: 4 X 12's, 2 X 8's

Set up and operate machinery according to specifications

Monitor machine operations to ensure production standards are met

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues

Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Record production data and maintain accurate logs

Collaborate with team members to improve production processes

Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications & Experience:

Have experience operating a band saw, drill press and other power tools

Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing role Knowledge of machinery and production processes

Ability to read blueprints and technical documents Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
