Assure inspection is performed in accordance with FDA, ISO, and other applicable regulations / guidelines.
Follow written instructions with engineering-based content.
Train in mechanical inspection techniques.
Apply attention to detail for medical device product features.
Interface with peers, engineers, and Regulatory auditors.
Accurately record inspection results to ensure proper segregation of accepted and rejected products.
Quality Control Inspector II
Train new inspectors in MicroPort methods, products, and equipment.
Interpret supplier certifications.
Sr. Mechanical Inspector
Interface with various engineering functions to perform / improve inspection techniques.

Quality Control Inspector II
Ability to assist with on-the-job training of lower-level inspectors.
Detailed knowledge of advance inspection equipment such as optical comparator, coordinate measuring machine, surface finish analyzers, taper air gages, etc.
Problem-solving skills
Sr. Mechanical Inspector
Ability to perform full mechanical characterization on geometrically challenging products with minimal engineering / supervisory support.
Extensive problem-solving skills are required.
