We believe in the power of our talented teams and strive to create environments where employees find purpose and fulfillment.What you’ll do:As an Accounts Payable Processing Manager, you will support strategic trouble shooting of invoice receipt and processing, identifies process improvement opportunities and delivers strategic trouble shooting of invoice receipt and processing. Additionally, the Manager, Accounts Payable manages the team that performs OCR / ICR review daily.Responsibilities:
Manages the team that performs OCR / ICR review on a daily basis
Sets performance and throughput goals that are in alignment with SLAs
Monitors individual productivity and accuracy
Identifies process improvement opportunities
Identifies and implement additional steps to improve OCR / ICR effectiveness
Delivers continuous training and improvement initiatives as needed
Addresses escalated supplier processing issues as needed
Supports strategic trouble shooting of invoice receipt and processing
Collaborates with procurement, contact center and finance as needed
Supports month end data gathering and accrual documentation as needed
