We believe in the power of our talented teams and strive to create environments where employees find purpose and fulfillment.What you’ll do:The Art Director/Graphic Designer is responsible for formulating design concepts and presentation approaches for communications media, such as print, web design, and advertising. Responsible for directing work engaged in art work or layout design and creating and overseeing the standardized creative to be implemented in each market.Responsibilities:
Set the tone and design of viewer-stopping visual/audio communications materials in print, broadcast, digital and outdoor.
Oversee the quality of staff, out-of-house design freelancers, and agencies, making improvements as needed.
Mediate when needed ideation and work-starts between marketing managers and creatives.
Communicate and mediate with broadcast and production companies and our marketing managers.
Create, develop, and maintain brand consistency with Company logos; perform final review for consistency with brand.
Maintain ultimate responsibility for the layers of events that creatively impact standardization across the Company.
Ensure brand consistency.
Administer Dynamic Marketing Portal.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
