We want you to apply!Job Summary and QualificationsThe Enterprise Purchasing Analyst is responsible for all PSG IT hardware/software purchasing. The duties of the role also include asset management within Physician Services and all PSG practices/Urgent Care/field operations under the supervision of the Enterprise Purchasing Coordinator. Other duties include processing of purchase requests; tracking of purchase requests from submission through deployment and invoice payment; payment of third-party IT invoices.Primary responsibilities include:

Processing of all PSG practices, Urgent Care, field operations, and ITG hardware/software orders

Tracking purchase requests from submission through deployment

Process invoice payments from 3rd party IT firms and software/hardware vendors

Consult with physician practices on their hardware and software needs

Align PSG IT purchases to meet the corporate enterprise standards

Provide enterprise endpoint security guidance and ensure all PSG devices meet HCA security standards

This position requires strong people management skills, personal drive, and the ability to see strategy through to execution in a matrix-reporting environment. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills are required.

Education:

Technical training preferred Yes

Experience:

1 or more years

Other Qualifications:

A thorough knowledge and understanding of current and emerging technical services technology

Technical skills in configuring, installing, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows (all versions), Microsoft Office suite, antivirus software, TCP/IP, encryption software, and imaging software as well as experience in troubleshooting peripherals and handheld devices

Understanding of technical support processes and workflow

Understands pertinent HIPAA guidelines

Analytical skills and detailed organizational skills

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

Demonstrated customer orientation

Experience using remote desktop management tools

Experience using an enterprise ticketing solution

Knowledge of local area networks

Demonstrated ability to work in stressful situations

Competency in basic PC use and required tools

Physical Demands / Working Conditions: Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports. Requires lifting papers or boxes up to 50 pounds occasionally. Work is performed in an office environment. Work may be stressful at times. Contact may involve dealing with angry or upset people. Staff must remain flexible and available to provide staffing assistance for any/all disaster or emergency situations.
