We believe in the power of our talented teams and strive to create environments where employees find purpose and fulfillment.What you’ll do:The Senior Specialist, Process Auditor, uses a statistically relevant sample size that allows a sample from every processor to be taken, perform audits on the transactions, and shares reports on accuracy by processor with leadership and service management.Responsibilities:
Uses a statistically relevant sample size that allows a sample from every processor to be taken, perform audits on the transactions.
Shares reports on accuracy by processor with leadership and service management.
Connects with processors on continuous improvement and training opportunities.
Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
Performs other duties as assigned.
