This position will be located in our Chattanooga office (next to Warehouse Row), and will support our growing team as we help doctors to buy and sell medical clinics across the country.
This Is For You If ::
You have at least 2 years of professional experience in customer service and/or client account management
Preferably you have an associate or bachelors degree
You are tech-savvy + have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
You stand out for having a friendly demeanor, great phone voice + strong communication skills
You thrive in a bustling environment, and pride yourself on your ability to organize + manage multiple projects and timelines

You will easily pass a background check + drug test
What Will You Be Doing::
Be the face of our organization as you answer the phones + make people smile when you talk to them
Raise peoples energy with each interaction
Provide customer service + answer general questions via phone, email + chat
Update client management software
Perform administrative tasks such as generating merge documents, setting up conference calls, etc
Assist with overflow work as needed
