Description Job Title: Customer Service Specialist 8 Positions available MUST live within 60 miles of Chattanooga, TN.Location: Downtown Chattanooga (On-site 100%)Hours: 9:30am - 6:00pmJob Type: Full-timeCompany: Large Healthcare CompanyOur client a leading healthcare company dedicated to providing exceptional service to their customers. As part of growth and volume, we are seeking 8 dedicated Customer Service Specialists to join our dynamic team in Downtown Chattanooga.Responsibilities:
Receive, investigate, and resolve all customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
Handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, chat, and email.
Ensure clear documentation of all customer communications.
Educate callers to ensure resolution is achieved on the first contact.
Interact through various channels such as Chat, Phone, and E-mail.
Mandatory participation and attendance.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service support role.
Skills/Certifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Proficient oral and written communication skills.
Requirements:
All applicants must have a GED or equivalent.
Ability to undergo background screening.
Ability to undergo drug screening.
Provide positive references from past employment for consideration.
Experience with Medicare / Medicaid is a HUGE plus.
Additional Information:
This position requires flexibility due to rotations in schedules.
Adherence to assigned schedules and the ability to work overtime as needed.
Hybrid work option available after training.
All applicants must live within 60 miles of Downtown Chattanooga.
Requirements - Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods
Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
Practical knowledge of Medicare Billing
HealthCare Industry experience preferred
Microsoft Word experience
General familiarity with medicare
Well-founded grasp of Resolve Customer Service
Proven knowledge of data entry
Customer service experience preferred
Microsoft Word experience
Call Center Customer Service experience
Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Strong communication and social skills
