Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This role is situated in the manufacturing industry and provides a hybrid work arrangement, entailing in-office and remote work. The Executive Assistant will be primarily responsible for supporting senior executives, managing administrative tasks, and handling sensitive information.Responsibilities: Conduct research from various sources to generate proposals, reports, and other supportive materials. Manage the administrative needs of departmental events including preparation of materials, maintenance of participant lists, agendas, minutes, food, lodging, follow-up, etc. Handle the schedule and travel arrangements for team members, consultants, and professional affiliations as indicated. Prepare and manage outbound communications and correspondence on behalf of the departmental initiatives. Maintain effective documentation systems for corporate contracts, initiatives, and certifications. Support departmental legal needs and maintain effective tracking and documentation. Manage administrative tasks including departmental supplies, mail, copier services, and manage departmental shipping needs. Provide back-up support for front desk/receptionist and office manager as indicated. Support trade shows through calendar coordination, travel, shipping, ordering, management of trade show leads. Assist in the management of departmental interns as indicated.Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Sr. Administrative Assistant Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including MS Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven experience in calendar management and scheduling on behalf of executives Demonstrated ability to manage special projects with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy Strong background in providing comprehensive administrative assistance to executives Experience in preparing and delivering executive presentations Ability to create, compile, and edit reports and documents Must have legal right to work in the location of the job without sponsorshipRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
