Based out of the Corporate Office, the Human Resources Intern will directly assist the Federal Services Division with a wide range of projects related to employee benefits, HR compliance, recruiting, onboarding, record maintenance, auditing, and more.To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Intermediate experience with MS Office and internet programs.
Strong collaboration and communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong analytical skillset, organizational skills, and attention to detail/data.
Ability to make decisions.
Ability to respect the confidentiality of sensitive employee data.
