Take your talents to a company that inspires personal and professional growth and values your ideas.Your future duties and responsibilities:Analyze business requirements and create functional requirements specificationsCreate design specifications to meet functional and business requirementsDevelop new reports and enhance existing reports; connecting to single or multiple data sourcesAnalyze existing reports and improve performanceInvestigate and resolve production issues escalated by production support teamConduct business stakeholder interviews to ascertain business problemsDocument and create business requirementsElicit business pain points and establish technical/data capabilitiesAttend daily stand-ups with developers to identify risks and to keep project targetParticipate in Sprint Demo as pre-cursor to User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Facilitate UAT with business stakeholdersRequired qualifications to be successful in this role:2+ years experience using Tableau (must have)Full report development life cycle experience with proven record of following industry best practices and standardsWell versed with SQL/T-SQL and stored procedures on large relational databasesExperience solving business problems with data in an enterprise environmentMust be a seasoned professional as it relates to data analyticsBlend of data and business analysis skillsAble to tell a story with dataExperience and ability to prototype within the toolsets requiredExperience with MS Office suite of software applicationsMust communicate well with internal and external customersWhat you can expect from us:Build your career with us.It is an extraordinary time to be in business.
