Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive measures to maintain a safe and efficient environment. The Maintenance Person will work closely with other team members to support various maintenance projects and ensure high standards of service.
Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic quality.
Fabricate and weld components for repairs or modifications as required.
Able to keep a clean and organized work area
Dependable able to pick up hotel supplies from hardware store
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from residents or staff.
Experience
Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
Must have own tools
Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Experience in residential painting techniques is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English; ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
Previous experience in the hotel industry ,will help.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
