We are looking for a motivated Ground Worker to join our tree care crew. This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided- perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and is eager to learn the arborist trade.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the crew with tree care operations
- Support climbers and equipment operators from the ground
- Handle tools, ropes and cleanup of job sites
- Safely operate and back up trucks and trailers
-Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to safely back up equipment (trailers, chipper trucks, etc.)
- Reliable, hardworking, and passionate about working outdoors
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow in the trade
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
