No experience necessary. Must be willing and able to climb ladders and get around on roofs. About 50/50 roof/ground. Job includes tearing off, cleaning up, pulling nails, sweeping roof, cleaning gutters, cleaning the ground, running shingles up a power ladder, unloading and setting up tools, and packing up tools. We do shingle tear offs and replacements mostly, some metal roofing. Mostly houses. Steady work. We withhold taxes , pay by check every Friday (hold out one week), and give you a W-2 at the end of the year. Must have transportation to the job or a meeting place. It is hard work but if you are looking to learn a trade and work outside with a good crew this is for you.
