ORDER PICKER
Automation Personnel Services is seeking severalOrder Pickersfor a catalog distribution company in Chattanooga, TN.In this role, you will be expected to pull customer orders correctly using a handheld barcode scanning system and prepare for shipping.
Qualified Candidates MUST havea longevityof 2-plus years of experience in a warehouseor equivalent.
PayRate
Ashift: $15.50 per hour PLUS a biweekly productivity bonus up to $5 more an hour
B shift:$16.00 per hour PLUS a biweekly productivity bonus up to $5 more an hour
Schedule andHours
All shifts currently working 12-hour days 5-days a week
A shift: 6:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday-Friday (regularschedule 7:00am-4:00pm)
B shift: 9:00 am- 9:00 pm Monday-Friday(regularschedule 10:00am-7:00pm)
Order Picker Job Duties and Responsibilities
Pull orders on each batch
Ability to walk a lot
Scan merchandise with a hand scanner
Stock shelves when needed
Inventory checks
Assure that all orders are pulled correctly
Order Picker JobQualifications andRequirements
Standing, walking & moving about consistently
Previous warehouse experience is preferred
Required tolift50lbs
Pay close attention to detail
High school diploma or GED
ClearBackground Check and Drug Screen Required
MUST have 2-3 years of related experience in one job to be considered
