Job Summary
Here is a wonderful opportunity to join our company as as Office Assistant in a role that will use your enthusiasm and ability to work collaboratively with a team. You will help answer, screen, and direct phone calls as well as help customers; help manage calendars for customer pick ups and deliveries; order and maintain inventory of parts and fittings; help with filing, organization, and other clerical tasks; help keep up with AP/AR; assist with posting ads occasionally run office errands.
You will need the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance driven environment and to help where needed with processes and procedures; excellent communications and computer skills. You will need the highest level of personal integrity, a positive attitude, be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, and staying power.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Experience in Small Warehouse Office
Experience in marketing and social media marketing is a plus
as well Graphic Design and Printing
Email, Word, Excel, Google Suite
Bilingual A Plus
