Integra Vistas Luxury Apartment Homes (located in Hixson, TN) is looking to expand its team. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for our brand-new property. The primary responsibilities will be performing various maintenance work orders (including but not limited to electrical, plumbing and HVAC) and apartment make ready. Being able to manage time efficiently, being a self-starter and organizational skills are a must.
Salary based on experience. This is a full-time position. Person will also be on call for emergency maintenance problems after hours and on weekends on rotation with other staff.
Pre-Requisites: Familiar with maintenance tasks, a quality set of maintenance tools and HVAC certification (or taking classes towards certification) is preferred.
Working knowledge of: Apartment community functions, identify and use of tools, plumbing, minor electrical repair, appliance repair, HVAC and general carpentry skills.
