KUS Services LLC is a property preservation company which works with all the Nationals. We are urgently seeking experienced Property Preservation Vendors, Handyman and General Contractors in Tennessee especially in Hamilton, Marion, Bradley, Franklin, Grundy, Rhea and Polk Counties and surrounding areas.

- Lock Change
- General Property Preservation Tasks
- Drywall
- Winterization
- Roof & Gutters
- Fence Repair
- Interior & Exterior Handyman Services
- Lawn-care
- Minor Plumbing and Repair
- Snow Removal
Requirements:
- Familiar with PPW (Property Pres Wizard) web/ Mobile App
- Must be able to take detailed photographs as per instruction.
- Ability to bid on all damages at the property.
Payment:
-We pay on the following Monday 7 days from the submission of a work order with sufficient photos, bids, and information that is required by our clients
Note: We pay an additional amount for OUT OF AREA coverage and RUSH work order.
