I'm looking for a realtor or realtor associate who can help me lease a duplex near CHI Memorial Hospital. I can take care of the advertising and background checks. I just need someone to show the house to prospective tenants. I'm out of state and can't physically be there myself.
$75 per showing. We may need to do 4-6 showings before selecting a tenant. Each showing should take 10-15 minutes. The appointments can get scheduled around your schedule.
