Knowledge and Skills required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Truck & Trailer Maintenance
Ability to service Class 8 vehicles and trailers, and complete small to medium repairs
Able to complete advanced trailer repair work independently
A team-oriented approach, with strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others
Strong knowledge of braking systems, electrical wiring, suspensions, and trailer components
Knowledge of utilizing maintenance diagnostic software or intermediate knowledge of computers/software
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues independently using technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
