Unique opportunity to extensively travel the United States working hands on with a fun family-run Monster Truck company. We are searching for a motivated individual to be our Operations Manager. You will be constructing and managing operations of monster truck events across the United States.

This job requires the following:

Minimum of 3 years of Heavy Equipment Operations - Forklift does not count - We are looking for individuals that are experienced, knowledgeable and comfortable with the operations of Wheel Loaders and Skid Steers primarily. Knowledge and experience in bulldozers, excavators and graders also useful.

Ability to Travel - You will be in charge of transporting a company pickup truck and pull behind trailer every week, with event distances ranging from a few hours to a few days drive from the home base in Chattanooga. Being able to safely pull and backup a trailer is a must. Most events will require being on the road at least 3 days a week, sometimes longer. If being away from a spouse, children or family for multiple days a week, every week during the event season is an issue then this position is not for you.

Clean Driving Record & Background Check “ Since part of the job is transportation, you must hold a valid drivers license with a clean driving record and a clean background check in accordance to local and state law.

Strong Work Ethic “ Event setup & production days can last 14 to 16 hours on your feet working hard and walking around a venue most of a day.

Eager to Learn and Work Under Pressure “ We will provide all training to help you build and coordinate track operations on-site with the rest of our event management staff. You must be willing to learn the safety guidelines and work fast and efficiently during events to ensure there is minimal downtime for our fans during a live performance.

Live outdoor events will take place from May through September and paid on a weekly basis, with bonuses possible and the potential to grow into a full time employee towards the end of the contracted year.
