This position is for a Full-Time Accounting Manager.
The Accounting Manager is responsible for organizing & managing all financial matters for Onsite Partners, Inc. and all related companies (A&N Properties, ASET, Experiential Adventures, Mighty Mav, Onsite Music Publishing, and ISEP). Reporting to the COO, the Accounting Manager will assist in setting the financial policy and direction while also being an active participant in, and driver of, the organizations overall strategy. The Accounting Manager will lead all financial administration, planning and budgeting.
Qualifications:
BS in Accounting, Finance, or Economics with a strong academic record.
Minimum of 6+ years of progressive accounting experience with 3+ years in a managerial role.
Experience using QuickBooks Pro and advanced Excel skills.
Active CPA License, highly preferred.
Comfortable in a fast paced, startup environment.
Experience in financial analysis and reporting desired.
Ability to lead and foster teamwork
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact across the organization.
Extremely detail-oriented to create accurate and timely reports.
Excellent people skills with experience collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse and dynamic team.
