Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center 1099 agent to join our team at Cavri Unlimited LLC. As a Call Center agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and promoting our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Making outbound calls to follow up with customers, conduct surveys, promote new products/services, or update customer information.
Providing accurate and timely information about our products/services to customers.
Resolving customer complaints or issues effectively and escalating complex cases to supervisors when necessary.
Documenting customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in the system.
Meeting or exceeding performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction ratings, and sales quotas.
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE ACCESS TO A LAPTOP OR DESKTOP
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
Proven customer service experience or call center experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software or CRM systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Empathetic listening skills and a customer-focused approach.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
