My wife’s mother passed away and left us her house that is in bad shape. To start I need someone (probably several) people who can pull up nasty linoleum floors. You may need masks and you can’t be allergic to or have a problem with cats. Just a living room and kitchen area. After that we’ll need some re-construction work done to replace baseboards and trim.
