Work with an excellent team of installers and learn the fence industry. Every day is slightly different – crews and crew-leads switch up to allow for everyone to be cross-trained on every type of fence. You will gain experience with both residential and commercial projects. Since we are rapidly growing, there are opportunities for future advancement or transition into other job functions.
Schedule: Year-round outdoor work with no cap on overtime. Work is Monday-Friday with regular Saturday work available. Weather slightly dictates our work schedule, but indoor work is available for most rainy days.
Safety: Safety gear is provided and expected to be worn every day on every project. Every month without an injury, we award each team member a safety incentive.
Job includes working with a team to dig holes, mix concrete, load/unload equipment and supplies, and install poles, fencing, gates, ext. All tools and training are provided.
Job Requirements
- Able to lift 75-100 lbs.
- Able to perform labor intensive tasks on a consistent basis
- Able to work outdoors for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from the home office
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Steel toe/composite toe work boots
- Valid Drivers License
- Able to pull 20 ft trailer
- Prior construction experience
- Prior experience with power tools
