Their team of professionals takes pride in delivering comprehensive accounting solutions, and they are currently seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper with a strong background in CPA firms to join their high performing team.Job Description:As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in managing the complete accounting cycle for our clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. This position requires someone with a proven track record in a CPA firm environment and the ability to navigate seamlessly through various client accounts.Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

Work closely with a portfolio of clients, ranging from small businesses to enterprises.

Interact directly with clients to understand their unique financial needs and provide personalized solutions.

Full-Charge Bookkeeping:

Take ownership of the entire monthly accounting cycle for assigned clients.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.

Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

Financial Reporting:

Produce comprehensive month-end financial reports for clients, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements and collaborate with tax professionals for tax planning and compliance.

CPA Firm Expertise:

Utilize your extensive experience working within CPA firms to navigate complex accounting scenarios.

Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

Fluidity and Adaptability:

Thrive in a fast-moving environment where the ability to switch between clients seamlessly is essential.

Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving client needs and industry changes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus, not required.

CPA firm experience is needed to excel in this role.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience in a CPA firm setting including tax preparation.

Proven ability to manage multiple clients concurrently.

Skills:

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

Communication:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.

Team Player:

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
