Description We are inviting applications for the role of Sr. Benefits Analyst based in Collierville, Tennessee, United States. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of HR Benefits operations, ensuring compliance requirements are met, and maintaining alignment with our company values. Responsibilities Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure accurate employee data updates are reflected in the payroll systems according to company policies Oversee the transmission of 401k and FSA contributions to the vendor’s system, reconcile payroll records at both employee and company level, and conduct monthly audits to ensure compliance with Plan and ERISA requirements Support management in executing annual benefits tasks including nondiscrimination testing, annual plan audits, filings, and open enrollment Administer the organization’s benefits programs including medical/dental/vision plans, life insurance, STD/LTD plans, and retirement savings plan (401k) Coordinate COBRA notifications, end-of-year 5500 reports, compliance testing, and plan audits as required Monitor administrators and insurance carriers’ reports to ensure organization compliance with plan requirements Ensure the organization and plans are compliant with the applicable provisions of COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA Process all benefit providers’ invoices and ensure they are reconciled and processed timely Conduct business in a highly ethical manner, exhibiting behavior, practices, and standards that uphold core values Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role as a Benefits Analyst Proficiency in using ADP Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Familiarity with Ceridian and Cisco Webex Meetings Experience with CRM systems Proven skills in auditing, benefit functions, claim administration, and Cobra administration Excellent communication skills Experience in 401k and RRSP administration, including matching 401k Proficiency in benefits analysis, benefits administration, benefits coordination, and compensation & benefits Familiarity with benefits payroll, insurance benefits, medical benefits, and Explanation of Benefits (EOB) Knowledge of Employee Benefits and ERISA Experience in handling retirement benefits, vision benefits Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
