We are looking for a Dynamic Property Manager for our Apartment Community located in Cookeville, TN to oversee all property management, maintenance, budget planning, expense review and control, collections, and tenant relations. The ideal candidate should have three or more years of experience as a Property Manager and Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. As the successful candidate, your strength in sales and Customer service / interpersonal skills are imperative and a candidate must demonstrate leadership qualities.
